Motivation Tip of the Month:
Magazine Subscriptions: In class on Monday I talked about ways to stay motivated and one of my favorite ways is having fitness and health/lifestyle magazines delivered to my home. They are a great tool to keep you motivated and gives you new ideas, nutrition tips, etc. Some of my favs are:

Oxygen
Find one you like by browsing the racks at your local Shoppers or magazine store. Subscribe for yourself and give as a gift to someone else. This is one of my favorite ways to pass on some inspiration. When you are done reading, pay it forward. Recycle your mags by: donating to your local library or woman's shelter, passing them on to friends and family.
